We specialize in creating comprehensive psychological evaluations that address the emotional and mental health impacts of immigration issues. Our reports are tailored to demonstrate the extreme hardship that qualifying relatives may face due to separation or deportation, including assessments from trained psychologists.
What the Report Includes
Our services aim to enhance your hardship waiver application by providing well-documented psychological evidence and a supportive network, improving the likelihood of a favorable outcome at an affordable cost. We also have interpreters for non-English speakers.
We facilitate weekly support groups for individuals and families navigating the immigration process. These groups provide a safe space to share experiences, gain emotional support, and access resources. Participants can connect with others in similar situations, fostering community and resilience. The cost to join is $75, and groups meet every Thursday at 6 PM. We welcome all who are looking for support on their journey.
Our evaluations of hardship are comprehensive and thorough, examining the various ways a loved one's inadmissibility can affect individuals.
We investigate multiple aspects of life, including Health, Mental Well-Being, Employment & Financial Stability, Education, Personal Circumstances, and Special Considerations, among others. Each potential area of hardship is analyzed from two distinct viewpoints: 1) the resident or citizen who remains in the US without their spouse or family member, and 2) the resident or citizen who departs the US alongside their spouse or family member.
