4-Week Virtual Group Series

4-Week Virtual Group Series

Cost: $25 per session (drop-in friendly)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Time: 6:00–7:00 PM
Format: Live, interactive virtual sessions

Note: Participants may attend individual sessions; however, committing to all four weeks is strongly encouraged for deeper growth and skill-building.

Mondays: Stress Less Workshop – Understand, Reframe, and Regulate

Goal: Help participants understand how stress works, how they interpret it, and how to actively manage their responses.

Session Breakdown

  • The biology of stress (fight/flight and nervous system responses) 
  • Attribution of behavior: how we interpret events and assign meaning 
  • Identifying personal stress triggers and patterns 
  • Understanding control: what is within vs. outside your control 
  • Self-reinforcement: building positive habits through intentional reward 
  • Creating a personalized “coping skills toolbox” (practical, repeatable strategies) 

Takeaway:
Participants gain insight into their stress responses and leave with a personalized, sustainable set of coping tools grounded in both awareness and behavior change.

Tuesdays: Working Parent Pivot Workshop – Balancing Relationships & Responsibilities

Goal: Support working parents in navigating the complexity of work, parenting, and intimate relationships.

Session Breakdown:

  • Recognizing role strain and competing demands 
  • Balancing professional responsibilities with parenting needs 
  • Strengthening intimate relationships while managing family life 
  • Communicating needs effectively with partners and family members 
  • Letting go of unrealistic expectations and perfectionism 
  • Building flexible, sustainable routines 

Takeaway:
A personalized “pivot plan” to improve balance, reduce guilt, and strengthen both family and intimate relationships.

Thursdays: Assertive Communication – Build Confidence & Set Boundaries

Goal: Help participants communicate clearly, confidently, and respectfully across settings.

Session Breakdown:

  • Understanding communication styles (passive, aggressive, assertive) 
  • Learning to express needs without guilt or avoidance 
  • Boundary-setting in personal and professional relationships 
  • Using “I” statements and clear language 
  • Practicing real-life scenarios and difficult conversations

Fridays: Understanding Parenting Today – Navigating Adult Children & Resetting Patterns

Goal: Help parents understand and improve relationships with adult children, especially when patterns feel unhealthy or strained.

Session Breakdown:

  • Understanding modern parenting dynamics with adult children 
  • Recognizing toxic or unhelpful relational patterns 
  • Shifting from control to influence and connection 
  • Resetting boundaries while maintaining care and respect 
  • Repairing communication and rebuilding trust 
  • Letting go of guilt and redefining the parent role 

Takeaway:
A clearer framework for creating healthier, more balanced relationships with adult children while maintaining emotional well-being.
